I have a new app that I really like on iPhone. It would be hard to explain on a blog, but the end of the story is that I log everything I eat and all my exercise. At the end of the day you hit "complete" and it says to you

I love it! It gives me an instant result of what I am working for. When I have a day that I treat myself it lets me know that if I do a cheat item every day how much it REALLY makes a difference. Granted I did a 5k today, but if I basically walked/jogged 3 miles every day....and ate the way I did...I would lose 10lbs in 5 weeks. Are you KIDDING me?!? That is really exciting! But I know without a doubt that I will not walk/jog 3 miles 7 days a week. But I think you get my point.
It's fresh. It's new. and gosh darn it I'm going to be in Vegas in June! That equals the pools, shorts, sun dresses, and pretty fun summer clothes.
